Keeping Our Promise – Boost Oxygen Provides Annual Donation To The Connecticut Food Bank
In 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic, schools across the nation shut down, cutting off important daily meals for schoolchildren. Boost Oxygen is headquartered in Milford, Connecticut, and many children throughout our state were impacted. Boost Oxygen is dedicated to giving back – both in our local community and through national nonprofits and charities. In March of 2020, we not only donated to the Connecticut Food Bank to help families across the state during the pandemic – but we made a promise to make it an ongoing annual donation.
We kept our promise in March 2021, and as our state – and nation – recovers from the pandemic, we are happy to once again support the Connecticut Food Bank with our annual 2022 donation to help families who need it. Boost Oxygen will also be a sponsor for Connecticut Food Bank’s annual “Walk Against Hunger” on Saturday, May 21st in Hartford, Connecticut.
Connecticut Food Bank/Foodshare works through a network of 700 community-based hunger relief programs, including food pantries, community kitchens, emergency shelters, mobile distribution sites, and more.
