Distributor Terms and Conditions

1. Orders are subject to prevailing prices when received and may change without notice
2. Boost Oxygen reserves the right to refuse any and all orders in part or in full
3. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices are as follows: Pocket Size 3 Liter $8.99, Medium 5 Liter $11.99, Large 10 Liter $17.99, ARC 12 Liter $22.99
4. Purchase Minimum is $10,000 per Quarter / $40,000 per annum to qualify for distributor pricing
5. Boost Oxygen may change product specifications without notice
6. Boost Oxygen is not a medical device or product and is for recreational use only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No medical structure or function claims may be made by distributors, retailers, or resellers without express permission from Boost Oxygen, LLC
7. Distributors are not exclusive carriers of Boost Oxygen products except by separate agreement
8. Distributors must disclose channels and geographic laydown of customers to Boost Oxygen
9. Violation of these terms and conditions or the Boost Oxygen, LLC Authorized Distributor Policy for the United States may result in ineligibility for certain benefits or programs available to Distributors or termination of the customer’s account

1. Free shipping for US Continental orders of $1,000 or more and does not include charges for delivery notifications, liftgate fees, or other nonstandard fees. If a customer requests a nonstandard service those fees will be added to the invoice
2. Customers may prepay shipping if they desire and will be required for orders less than $1,000
3. Boost Oxygen must be properly marked and shipped by ground per US Department of Transportation regulations (DOT Special Permit 10704, available at www.boostoxygen.com/FAQs)
4. Orders normally ship within 2 – 3 business days after receipt. Large orders may take 10 business days or longer. Delivery is subject to carrier scheduling and weather conditions
5. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to purchaser. All claims for merchandise damaged or lost must be filed with the carrier

1. All orders are paid in advance of shipment unless payment terms are set by separate agreement
2. Credit cards are accepted for orders up to $5,000. ACH transactions are preferred.
3. A 1.5% late payment fee (compounded monthly) will be added to all delinquent invoices beginning on the first day of delinquency
4. Pay oldest invoice first; include invoice # with payment
5. Make no deductions without a written credit from Boost Oxygen Accounting

1. Defective or damaged canisters will be replaced or refunded at the company's discretion
2. Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges
