Each packet contains 10 calories and no added sugar. It is sweetened with steviol glycosides (stevia), a plant-based natural sweetener.

The product is non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and keto/paleo.

Fill a glass or container about 75% full of water (10–18 fl. oz.), add the entire contents of one packet, and gently stir or swirl for about 30 seconds until the foaming subsides. Once settled, top off with more water and stir again if needed.

The foaming is normal and comes from the bicarbonate blend (sodium and potassium bicarbonate) reacting with water. Just wait about 30 seconds for it to settle before drinking.

We recommend mixing it in an open glass. If using a shaker bottle or closed container, leave room at the top to allow for foaming and let it sit for 3 minutes.

Yes! Boost Oxygen offers Free Shipping on all online orders over $25 on our website for orders within the continental USA. Flat rate shipping of $15 for all order under $50 going outside the continental 48 states.

Due to Federal Regulations regarding the shipment of our product, Oxygen is not allowed to ship via air services, where you often receive your order much faster. We can only ship Ground. Parcels ship FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Boost Oxygen worked closely with the Department of Transportation to obtain the Special Permit 10704 that allows certain handling and packaging restrictions to be waived, as long as Boost Oxygen strictly adheres to the terms of how the product is manufactured, packaged and shipped. Safety is our top priority and consumer confidence that Boost Oxygen follows the rules are of utmost importance.

Boost Oxygen’s warehouse located in Connecticut ships product Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST. Orders can take up to 2 business days to process and prepare. Once shipped, you can expect your order within 2-6 business days depending on the distance from our warehouse within the lower 48 states. Orders for our oxygen canisters going to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico can expect orders to take up to 20 days to arrive due to the extended distance from our warehouse and Ground shipping requirement. Orders going to those locations can only be shipped USPS Ground Advantage.

You can check your order status in the My Account section under "Orders". The tracking number will appear there once the order is shipped. A tracking number will also be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking numbers may not display any information from the carrier until it is picked up from our warehouse.

Place mask under nose and over mouth. Press trigger down to activate flow. Breath in through the mouth and hold 1-2 seconds, exhaling normally. Repeat 3-5 times or as needed. Check out this article for additional details.

To increase the initial flow, simply move your finger up the trigger to the base of the mask (towards your nose) and push down from there.

Boost Oxygen is pressure filled but only into the can (sort of like a tire). No aerosols or propellants are used. As the canister depletes, the pressure of the oxygen flow from the can will also deplete until finally empty. As long as you can feel or hear oxygen coming out, you are still getting pure supplemental oxygen. When the oxygen no longer flows, the canister is empty.
