As the world became educated about the symptoms of Coronavirus, “shortness of breath” became a top-searched term on Google. Popular results included “Oxygen Therapy” as a treatment, and because Boost Oxygen ranks high on Amazon for Oxygen Therapy, we received a massive amount of orders for our products. So much so, that we quickly realized we would be unable to meet the enormous demand.
As you may have noticed, we are temporarily out of stock of Boost Oxygen on our online store. However, several of our retailers and online resellers still have supply. You can also check our STORE LOCATOR for a retailer near you that carries Boost Oxygen, but we recommend that you call them ahead of time before visiting.
We also want our customers to know that we appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporary product shortage.
Our management team has also been in constant contact with our suppliers and retailers regarding product updates. Boost Oxygen is 100% American made and we have asked our fillers to ramp up and expedite production to meet our growing needs. As soon as we have fresh inventory in stock for our store, we will immediately inform all of our customers.
Boost Oxygen is also committed to fighting price-gouging and overcharging of our product during this crisis. We are keeping a close eye on the marketplace for anyone who might be taking advantage of our customers in this regard. We will not stand for it.
In the meantime, we are doing our best to keep you informed about the ways Coronavirus is impacting our company. We are also sharing (via our website and social media) important resources from trusted organizations about how you can protect and/or treat those affected by the virus.
We recommend that everyone reads this previous blog we posted that includes important information from the WHO, CDC and Harvard Health.
We will also continue to share information about the benefits of supplemental oxygen and oxygen therapy, such as this resource from the American Lung Association, which provides details on how to help shortness of breath.
Because we are in the business of health – we care about YOUR health. Thank you for your understanding and be well.
